Community Center of Excellence in Women’s Health at Turley
Offers comprehensive health services for women and girls. Clinical services include a midwifery program and OB/GYN providers. If the individual is uninsured, financial aid may be available. Clinical services are available on a sliding scale. The program also offers education classes, leadership training and access to community health events, a walking program and a life skills workshop
- Pharmacy available to clients, medication available on a sliding scale
- Lab work and X-rays may be provided for patients
Hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
Fees: accepts Medicare, veteran, HMO/PPO, and sliding scale (min 20% of services), Pro bono on case by case basis
Intake/Application Process: Call for appointment. For 1st visit, bring a picture ID and insurance (if individual has insurance)
