Abilities Home Ownership Program

Offers a home ownership program for low and moderate income individuals with disabilities. Assists those individuals with the purchase and post purchase support of a home. Provides housing assistance (both rental and ownership) for persons with disabilities.

Hours: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday

Fees: None for eligible clients, call for details

Intake/Application Process: Anyone may call to make a referral

Eligibility: Low or moderate income individuals or persons with disabilities
