The city of Refuge is committed to improving the quality of life of recently released incarcerated women by providing a safe living environment; which includes education, job assistance, life skills, and Christian discipleship. *10-bed facility 

Hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday

Eligibility: Recently released female ex-offenders
