Community Service Foundation, Rental Housing Program 

CSF owns and manages 100 rental units, ranging from one to three-bedroom multi-apartment complexes to duplexes and single family homes. We accept housing assistance and are an equal-opportunity housing provider. Provided to low and moderate-income households, our properties are located primarily in Clearwater, Florida. 

Hours: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday

Eligibility: Households with low to moderate-income. Serves Pinellas County NORTH of Ulmerton Road.
