Florida Resurrection House, Inc. is a community, faith-based, transitional housing and self-sufficiency program for motivated families with minor children who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. Includes working poor.
Hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday; 5:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m., Monday evenings
Fees: $50 weekly case management fee
Intake/Application Process: Referrals from community resources but not a requirement. A brief telephone interview begins the intake process. Prospective applicant contacts office and asks to speak to a case manager for a telephone intake.
Eligibility: Families with minor children (can include grandparents with custody, etc.) who are prepared to participate in a long-term program leading to self-sufficiency. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Couples must be legally married. No pregnant applicants unless in 7th month or later. One year minimum substance abuse free after certified completion of program. Must be living in Tampa Bay area.
