Pinellas Village
Pinellas Village provides motivated single-parent families the opportunity to achieve economic and emotional self-sufficiency through on-site and community based resources and safe affordable housing. Our 120-unit housing complex has 2 and 3 bedroom units for single parents and their children. On-site child care is provided for pre-school and school age children (subsidies may be available). Families develop goals relating to economic self-sufficiency. Parents must attend 4 Parenting and 4 Life Skills classes annually, give back 24 hours of community service annually to Pinellas Village, and see an on-site case manager at least quarterly. We accept Housing vouchers from St. Petersburg Housing, Pinellas County Housing, and Clearwater Housing. All applicants must go through an acceptance process that may take up to 3 weeks to complete.
