Boley Centers Homeless Supportive Housing Program, Shady Pines Apartments
Boley Centers' Community Living Programs are located in 29 different locations throughout Pinellas County. They provide the following living arrangements: *Enhanced Community Residences (ECR's) provide 24hr intensive residential treatment with in-house day treatment programming. *Group Homes or Community Residences are designed for consumers who need a less intensive level of supervision and are able to attend a variety of off-site activities during the day and evening. Staffed to teach independent living skills and provide needed support, supervision and assistance. *Supervised Apartments offer a degree of independence yet have staff on-site available for support, assistance and teaching of living skills. *Supported Housing provides permanent apartment units for consumers who need only minimal, off-site support from Boley staff. *Dual-diagnosed facilities (Group Homes and Supervised Apartments) for those with a major mental disorder and may have a co-occurring substance abuse problem. *Homeless Residences provide support and supervision for targeted individuals who have a mental illness and have been homeless prior to moving in. Eligibility: Individuals with a psychiatric diagnosis, including dual diagnosis (substance abuse problem)and have qualified through screening.
