Gulfcoast Legal Services - South Pinellas
Provides civil legal assistance to low income persons who are without adequate means to employ other counsel. Legal assistance for V.A. problems, WAGES, landlord/tenant, foreclosures, social security, SSI, Medicare/Medicaid, Food Stamps, unemployment, discrimination, consumer problems, contracts, public housing evictions, nursing home problems, homeless outreach, divorce/custody (where there has been abuse of parent or child) and domestic violence injunctions and immigration. Also assists people seeking asylum from a country where they are being victimized as well as human trafficking situations. Donations Needed: Office Furniture (desks, waiting room chairs, conference table).
Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday; 5:00 p.m. – 7:15 p.m., Wednesday

Intake/Application Process: For an appointment call your local office between the hours of 9:00a to 5:00p Monday-Friday. If you qualify you will be given the next available appointment. If you are homebound an accommodation will be made.
Eligibility: Call to determine if you are income eligible. Receptionist will listen briefly to your problem to determine if you meet one of our priorities. To see if you are income eligible you can also visit our eligibility page on our website.
